SALT bar and restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel is an informal and popular gastronomic gathering place for both local regulars, business people and diners from home and abroad. Chef Andreas Tancula Møller has created an elegant, modern kitchen with a foundation in classic virtues, and guests can be tempted by both several smaller servings and classic favorites. Of course we have a wine cellar that matches, whether you are looking for one good glass of wine or want a taste excursion under the restaurant manager’s knowledgeable guidance.

SALT restaurant with it’s essentials menu is the new concept where they focus on the essential elements – the taste, the best produce and the craftsmanship. Essentials is a declaration of love for the food and the passion, where the essence of the modern Danish kitchen was found, with inspiration from international gastronomy.
The menu is inspired by the seasons and changes according to season.
SALT bistro bar
The SALT bistro bar on the ground floor of the hotel is the perfect place to meet, network, celebrate, warm up or round off, and everyone is welcome here. Our bartenders mix cocktails, recommend wine and pour beer, and if you are more hungry than thirsty, you can also have a casual lunch or dinner at the bar.
SALT terrasse
SALT terrasse is located on the edge of the quay with a view of the Port of Copenhagen, the Royal Playhouse and the Royal Opera House. The terrace has a lounge area as well as tables and chairs accompanied by heat lamps, for the long summer nights. In the bar you can buy delicious dishes from SALT, try their cocktails or enjoy a quiet glass of wine, while Copenhagen’s vibrant harbour life passes by on the quay. The terrasse is open during the summer, between May and September.
