Admiral Hotel matches the best price
When you make a direct booking with Admiral Hotel, you can be sure to get the best price. We always strive to offer the most attractive and lowest prices to our guests. If you find a lower price for a stay at Admiral Hotel elsewhere, we encourage you to contact us, as we guarantee to match the price. The specific details regarding the reservation must of course be identical.
Whether you have already booked a stay at Admiral Hotel and subsequently find a lower price on an external booking channel, or if you are comparing prices across different channels before making your reservation, makes no difference. We are ready to match the price in both cases. The following conditions must be met.
Price match conditions
All details in the reservation must be identical. This includes arrival and departure dates, the number of guests, the number of rooms, room type, currency, cancellation options and terms and conditions.
If you find a lower price, you must be able to provide evidence with a screenshot. The screenshot should include all reservation details. It is important to ensure that all relevant information are visible in the screenshot.
If you have found a lower price after making a booking through Admiral Hotel, the documentation must be forwarded no later than 24 hours after the reservation is made and no later than 72 hours before your scheduled arrival. If the price difference is discovered before the booking, the documentation must be provided to us no later than 72 hours before the desired arrival date to activate the price guarantee.
How to request a price match
If you have found a lower price and meet the above conditions, please send us an email at booking@admiralhotel.dk.
In the email, please include the following information:
- Your reservation number with Admiral Hotel (if you have purchased a stay with us)
- Your full name
- Your phone number
- Screenshot(s) of all reservation details
- Link to the alternative provider with the lower price
After we have received your inquiry, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
