SALT bar and restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel is an informal and popular gastronomic gathering place for both local regulars, business people and diners from home and abroad. Chef Rasmus Møller Nielsen has created an elegant, modern kitchen with a foundation in classic virtues, and guests can be tempted by both several smaller servings and classic favorites. Of course we have a wine cellar that matches, whether you are looking for one good glass of wine or want a taste excursion under the restaurant manager’s knowledgeable guidance.
A taste of SALT
The food at SALT restaurant is full of innovative and challenging flavors. It is modern Danish and created from a strong traditional foundation where modern techniques are refining the confidence of habit. Classic and recognizable taste combinations combined with the temptations of contemporary interpretations represent what we define as modern classics.
Our consists of both an à la carte menu and two composed menus of 3 and 4 courses – which of course can be accompanied with a wine menu.
