When is check-in and check-out?

You can check in from 2 P.M. on the day of arrival. In some cases, it will be possible to check in earlier. Please contact the reception and they will let you know if it is possible. You can check-out no later than 12 noon.

Is it possible to check-in at night?

Yes. Our reception is open around the clock and our night porters will welcome you and check you in.

How do I change/cancel/check my booking?

If you have booked your stay directly on our website, you are welcome to call +45 3374 1424 or email for inquiries.
If you booked your stay through other agents or sites, please contact them directly. Remember, it is always cheapest to book directly with us.

Do you have any family rooms?

Yes. We offer family rooms (Loft Deluxe) that accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children, as well as connecting rooms. We further offer double rooms where you can bring a child up to the age of 3, for no additional fee.

How do I book a room with a gift card?

Call +45 3374 1424 or email and provide the gift card number.

May we bring our dog and what does it cost?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your dog. Please contact us before booking the room. We charge an additional DKK 250  cleaning fee per night.

Are group bookings different from regular bookings?

Yes. If you wish to book more than 5 rooms, please contact our booking department via email at


Is smoking permitted inside the hotel?

No, smoking is not allowed indoors, neither in the rooms nor common areas. Smoking is also not allowed through the windows. This also applies to e-cigarettes. All smoking must be done outside, where you will find ashtrays.

What spaces do you have available for meetings/conferences/private events?

With our 366 rooms, 11 meeting rooms, a conference area with room for 300 participants and over 500 parking spaces at Kvæsthusmolen, Copenhagen Admiral Hotel is the ideal place for meetings, conferences, receptions and events. Is it possible to park at the hotel?

We have a small number of private parking spaces in front of the hotel at the disposal of our guests. The car’s license plate must be registered in the machine upon payment. It is not possible to reserve a parking space.

Parking rates at the hotel:
DKK 35 per hour (8 AM – 6 PM)
DKK 30 per hour for remaini­­ng hours
DKK 300 for 24 hours

Are there other parking options in the area?

The hotel has an agreement with Jeudan Parkering under Kvæsthusmolen (Skt. Annæ Plads no. 32), where guests can park for DKK 375 per Day. Registration of the number plate takes place at check-in at the reception before entering the parking garage.

Jeudan Parkering is an underground and fully automatic parking garage with 3 floors and 500 parking spaces, incl. +100 parking spaces with charging stands for electric cars. Please note that this is not included in the parking – use either the chip or the Clever app. Distance from the parking garage to the hotel is less than 100 metres. Hourly parking is purchased from the machines in the parking garage. The car park is open for entry between 6 a.m. – 10 p.m. You can exit the car park 24 hours a day.

Does the hotel offer complimentary Wi-Fi?

Yes. We have wireless internet throughout the hotel, which is free for all our guests. Turn on your Wi-Fi and connect to the “Admiral-Guest” network. Follow the on-screen instructions or ask at the reception.

Can I rent a car at the hotel?

Yes. We can arrange car rentals during your stay, from various car rental companies. Contact us at or call +45 3374 1414.

Do you offer bicycle rentals?

Yes we do – you can rent our bikes at the reception for DKK 200 per day, incl. helmet for adults and DKK 100 per day for children.

How do I find my way to the main tourist attractions in Copenhagen?

The hotel is close to some of the city’s top attractions such as the Royal Palace, The Little Mermaid, the Marble Church and the Royal Opera House. You can get a map of the city at the reception or read more about local attractions here.

Do you offer luggage storage?

If you arrive before check-in at 2 p.m. on your arrival day, we can store your luggage in the hotel’s luggage area. We can also store your luggage for a few hours upon check-out. Please ask at the reception. Unfortunately we do not have the possibility of offering long term storage.

Does the hotel offer a babysitting service?

We offer childcare on request prior to arrival. We have a fixed agreement with the ‘Pædagogisk Vikarbureau’ for childcare. Contact us at or +45 3374 1414 for more information and booking.
They offer educators, educator aides and trained school teachers. They can help with everything from homework to excursions, or fun and board games.

Do you have baby equipment available?

We have a fixed agreement with Baby Golightly, which rents baby and children’s equipment to families with children on a visit to Copenhagen. Here you can get everything a family needs on a holiday. Contact us at or +45 3374 1414.
They e.g. rent out: strollers, car seats, cots and you can have it delivered to the hotel, the airport or wherever it suits you. You can also buy diapers and baby food.


How do I get from Copenhagen Airport to the hotel?

There are several options for taking public transport between the airport and the hotel. The metro station is located in extension of Terminal 3 at the airport and runs directly to the city. The metro runs at 2-6 minute intervals during the day and 15-20 minute intervals at night. Here you can go to Kongens Nytorv, which is 750 meters from the hotel. You can also take a taxi directly to the hotel. The price depends on of the time of day and traffic, but costs around DKK 300. You can further rent a car and drive directly to the hotel, it is approx. 8 km.

What public transportation options are available near the hotel?

Kongens Nytorv Metro Station is 750 meters from the hotel. The metro runs at 2-6 minute intervals during the day and 15-20 minute intervals at night.
Nørreport st. and the central train station (Hovedbanegården) is approx. 2 km from the hotel, from there you will find both metro and trains. Buses runs close to the hotel and stops throughout the city.

Food and beverages

Does the hotel have a bar and restaurant?

SALT bar & restaurant is located at the hotel and offers lunch and dinner as well as drinks at the bar. The food is modern Danish and is created from a strong traditional foundation, where modern techniques help refine the flavours. At what time is breakfast served?

We are ready to serve you breakfast at the restaurant weekdays from 06.30 A.M. – 10.30 A.M. On weekends you can snooze half an hour longer, as breakfast is served from 07:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M.

Price per. person: adult DKK 245, children under 12 years DKK 120, children under 3 years eat for free.

Do you offer room service?

Yes we do. It is possible to order a variety of dishes from the room service menu between 12 noon and 10.45 p.m.
Sandwiches, coffees and soft drinks can be ordered around the clock, and you can even order breakfast in bed. You can see our room service menu, which changes every month, in the room.
