Booking
You can check in from 2 P.M. on the day of arrival. In some cases, it will be possible to check in earlier. Please contact the reception and they will let you know if it is possible. You can check-out no later than 12 noon.
Yes. Our reception is open around the clock and our night porters will welcome you and check you in.

If you booked your stay through other agents or sites, please contact them directly. Remember, it is always cheapest to book directly with us.
Yes. We offer family rooms (Loft Deluxe) that accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children, as well as connecting rooms. We further offer double rooms where you can bring a child up to the age of 3, for no additional fee.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your dog. Please contact us before booking the room. We charge an additional DKK 250 cleaning fee per night.

Facilities
No, smoking is not allowed indoors, neither in the rooms nor common areas. Smoking is also not allowed through the windows. This also applies to e-cigarettes. All smoking must be done outside, where you will find ashtrays.
We have a small number of private parking spaces in front of the hotel at the disposal of our guests. The car’s license plate must be registered in the machine upon payment. It is not possible to reserve a parking space.
Price for 24-hour parking: 375 DKK.
The first 2 hours will cost 50 DKK per hour, after which the price will be 40 DKK per hour for the remaining parking period, up to the maximum daily rate.
N.B.: Please note that Toldbodgade now is a one-way street heading south. If you arrive at the hotel by car, you must therefore drive along Amaliegade and turn left onto Toldbodgade. When leaving, turn right onto Sankt Annæ Plads and then continue onto Bredgade.
The hotel has an agreement with Jeudan Parkering under Kvæsthusmolen (Skt. Annæ Plads no. 32), where guests can park for DKK 375 per Day. Registration of the number plate takes place at check-in at the reception before entering the parking garage.
Jeudan Parkering is an underground and fully automatic parking garage with 3 floors and 500 parking spaces, incl. +100 parking spaces with charging stands for electric cars. Please note that this is not included in the parking – use either the chip or the Clever app. Distance from the parking garage to the hotel is less than 100 metres. Hourly parking is purchased from the machines in the parking garage. The car park is open for entry between 6 a.m. – 10 p.m. You can exit the car park 24 hours a day.
Yes. We have wireless internet throughout the hotel, which is free for all our guests. Turn on your Wi-Fi and connect to the “Admiral-Guest” network. Follow the on-screen instructions or ask at the reception.
Yes. We can arrange car rentals during your stay, from various car rental companies. Contact us at information@admiralhotel.dk or call +45 3374 1414.
Yes we do – you can rent our bikes at the reception for DKK 200 per day, incl. helmet for adults and DKK 100 per day for children.
The hotel is close to some of the city’s top attractions such as the Royal Palace, The Little Mermaid, the Marble Church and the Royal Opera House. You can get a map of the city at the reception or read more about local attractions here.
If you arrive before check-in at 2 p.m. on your arrival day, we can store your luggage in the hotel’s luggage area. We can also store your luggage for a few hours upon check-out. Please ask at the reception. Unfortunately we do not have the possibility of offering long term storage.
We offer childcare on request prior to arrival. We have a fixed agreement with the ‘Pædagogisk Vikarbureau’ for childcare. Contact us at information@admiralhotel.dk or +45 3374 1414 for more information and booking.
They offer educators, educator aides and trained school teachers. They can help with everything from homework to excursions, or fun and board games.
Yes, Admiral Hotel has partnered with Easygoing, where you can rent baby equipment and gear for children. Equipment can be booked directly through Easygoing’s website: https://www.easygoing.dk/en/copenhagen
Yes, you can order a massage in our sauna area. Remember to book your massage before arrival. For inquiries or booking please contact information@admiralhotel.dk
Transport
There are several options for taking public transport between the airport and the hotel. The metro station is located in extension of Terminal 3 at the airport and runs directly to the city. The metro runs at 2-6 minute intervals during the day and 15-20 minute intervals at night. Here you can go to Kongens Nytorv, which is 750 meters from the hotel. You can also take a taxi directly to the hotel. The price depends on of the time of day and traffic, but costs around DKK 300. You can further rent a car and drive directly to the hotel, it is approx. 8 km.
Kongens Nytorv Metro Station is 750 meters from the hotel. The metro runs at 2-6 minute intervals during the day and 15-20 minute intervals at night.
Nørreport st. and the central train station (Hovedbanegården) is approx. 2 km from the hotel, from there you will find both metro and trains. Buses runs close to the hotel and stops throughout the city.

Food and beverages
aye aye is located in a beautiful annex inspired by boathouse architecture, right by the waterfront. Our restaurant serves lunch, dinner, and drinks every day. At aye aye, you can experience a maritime atmosphere, where we celebrate open-fire cooking, and you can enjoy fresh seafood and flavorful dishes.

We are ready to serve you breakfast at the restaurant weekdays from 06.30 A.M. – 10.30 A.M. On weekends you can snooze half an hour longer, as breakfast is served from 07:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M.
Price per. person: adult DKK 260, children under 12 years DKK 130, children under 3 years eat for free.
Yes we do. It is possible to order a variety of dishes from the room service menu between 12 noon and 10.45 p.m.
Sandwiches, coffees and soft drinks can be ordered around the clock, and you can even order breakfast in bed. You can see our room service menu in the room.

Yes, we do. If you find an overnight stay at a lower price, we offer you a price match. This applies regardless of whether you have already booked a stay at Admiral Hotel and subsequently find a lower price at an external booking channel, or if you compare prices across different channels before making your reservation. The reservation specifications must of course be the same.
