SALT bar and restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel is an informal and popular gastronomic gathering place for both local regulars, business people and diners from home and abroad. Executive Chef Andreas Tancula Møller has created an elegant, modern kitchen with a foundation in classic virtues, and guests can be tempted by both several smaller servings and classic favorites. Of course we have a wine cellar that matches, whether you are looking for one good glass of wine or want a taste excursion under the restaurant manager’s knowledgeable guidance.

We would like to inform you: Due to a modernization of the hotel’s ground floor starting in January 2024, SALT restaurant will relocate to the hotel’s beautiful, charming grain drying oven also known as the lounge during the modernization period. You will find the lounge to the right of the main entrance. We look forward to welcoming you and later in the year introducing you to the hotel’s new and exciting restaurant concepts.
