There is a choice of rooms with various capacities, from our large rooms with impressive old beams to smaller, flexible rooms with views of the harbour. All of our rooms have a flexible layout and, as a conference planner, you can influence the set-up and achieve the ideal setting for your event. The largest rooms can accommodate up to 300 delegates and in combination with the large, open lobby area, the large amount of space available is perfect for exhibitions, kick-off events, client events and other large-scale events.
All the conference rooms have direct access to the Admiral Quay and our outdoor gardens. We spoil you with the city’s best views and a location that encourages breaks with fresh air and a leg-stretch to take in the comings and goings in the harbour, as well as providing the ideal setting for outdoor activities.
Centrally located in Copenhagen, finding us is very easy whether you travel by public transport or car. We are 5 minutes from the Kongens Nytorv Metro Station and right next to Copenhagen’s new “in-spot”, Ofelia Square, with 500 underground parking spaces.
During a conference, it is often necessary to adjust the set-up – from light to dark, from small to large, from plenum to discussion groups. The flexibility of the rooms at the Copenhagen Admiral Hotel make these adjustments both easy and quick, so that you get the maximum benefit of your time with us.
Where once there was a nightclub, we now have an elegant, stylish New Yorker lounge with massive bricked arches and alcoves, voluminous leather furniture and electronically controlled sound and lighting. The Copenhagen Admiral Hotel’s world famous interior designer, Terence Conran, has thus succeeded in creating the perfect interaction between the wonderful old granary and the new, breath-taking and modern hotel.
The setting is ideal for international management meetings, board meetings, press conferences, product introductions and receptions.
The lounge has a capacity for 20 – 60 meeting participants, 48 guests for dinner or up to 100 persons for receptions.
Massive wooden beams, characteristic maritime showcases and designer furniture contribute to giving our conference suites an undisputed air of history and tasteful elegance.
The meeting section has beautiful floor planking and the impressive conference table is suitable for eight delegates.

The concept of our Flying Dinner is that the guests do not sit at designated tables but have the possibility to circulate and mingle with other guests. There is both service at table combined with small buffets and bars located within the room. There will be small lounge groups as well as a number of tables in the room. The duration of Flying Dinner is 2 hours with beverages (wine, beer and soft drinks) included.
Bring your meeting to the ideal conclusion with a fine dinner in the SALT restaurant or take a cruise along Copenhagen’s waterways with one of our three vintage schooners.
