Whether you’re a guest at the hotel or a visitor from outside, our doors are open to anyone who wants to taste our delicious breakfast buffet. Have a seat by the window with a bowl of fresh fruit and a cup of coffee while you plan the activities of your day.

We would like to inform you: Due to a modernization of the hotel’s ground floor starting in January 2024, breakfast will be relocated from SALT restaurant to other premises. You will find these premises to your right when you enter the main entrance. We look forward to welcoming you and later in the year introducing you to the hotel’s new and exciting restaurant concepts.

Our carefully composed breakfast buffet offers a wide range of exquisite dishes that appeal to every taste. Whether you prefer a healthy start to your day with our selection of yogurt, freshly cut fruits, and homemade smoothies, or you want to indulge in freshly baked sourdough bread with Nutella, scrambled eggs with crispy bacon, and a warm croissant or waffles, our goal is to satisfy your culinary desires. We have also taken into consideration those with allergies such as gluten and lactose* and have incorporated these into our breakfast buffet as well.

As an added luxury, you can enjoy juice from Frankly Juice, adding a burst of freshness and health to your breakfast, or you can choose our tea from Cocoon or freshly brewed coffee. And let’s not forget our homemade ginger shot – a powerful way to start the day, providing you with energy until the next morning.

Whether you are a hotel guest or a curious visitor from the street, you are welcome to partake in our breakfast experience.

Breakfast times at Admiral Hotel

Start your day with a well-deserved breakfast buffet.

We are ready to serve your breakfast in SALT restaurant on weekdays from 6:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. On weekends, you can snooze for an extra half an hour, as breakfast is served from 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.

To savor our exquisite breakfast, you don’t need to be an overnight guest at the hotel. Simply come directly to our restaurant or book your table here.

Price per person: Adults DKK 245, children under 12 years DKK 120, children under 3 years eat for free.

Furthermore, we continuously seek to incorporate more sustainable products and methods into our breakfast.
