New Year’s Eve at the Admiral Hotel

Join us when we welcome 2023!

Experience this very special evening in SALT restaurant, where we are serving an exquisite 5-course menu including wine menu, coffee, and wreath cake – and of course, the most wonderful champagne. Albert Waidtløw jazz trio is playing during the dinner. Enjoy the colorful fireworks from the quay with a view of the Opera House and inner Copenhagen before the evening continues with DJ and cocktails.

 

PROGRAM

  • 5 P.M. – 6 P.M. Welcome
  • 6 P.M. The Queen’s New Year’s speech in the Admiral’s Hall with champagne and canapés
  • 6.30 P.M. Dinner with wine menu in SALT restaurant
  • 11 P.M. Coffee and sweet
  • 12 A.M. Champagne and wreath cake on SALT terrace or in the Admiral’s Hall
  • 12 A.M. – 2 A.M. DJ with the possibility of buying cocktails in the Admiral’s Hall and SALT bistro bar

Salted scallops with horseradish mousse and a mussel vinaigrette
Caviar with warm potato blinis, parsley cream and a crispy salad

APPETIZERS
Poached turbot in its own broth with crispy cabbage and citrusy herbs
Fried lobster with a lobster and porcini bisque, caramelized gooseberries, smoked almonds and artichokes

MAIN DISH
Grilled beef with celeriac, black truffle, smoked marrow and a rich oxtail sauce

DESSERT
Chocolate mille feuille with passion fruit and vanilla
