What used to hold the grain-drying oven is now a swanky New-York style lounge with exposed 200 years old brick arches, rich leather furniture and electronically controlled light and sound.
Thus, world famous designer Terence Conran maintains the unique interplay of the impressing old warehouse and the new and exciting hotel.
The lounge offers the perfect opportunity to hold exciting meetings in unique surroundings and provides the perfect setting for dinners, international management meetings, board meetings, press meeting, product and fi lm presentations as well as receptions.
Originally, the room served as the grain-drying oven of the warehouse, and it was the same place they brought the wounded from the famous ”Battle of Copenhagen“.
The New Yorker lounge accommodates 20-60 meeting participants and 48 dinner guests as well as up to 100 reception guests.
