At the Copenhagen Admiral Hotel, we spoil you with the city’s best view and a location that invites you to take a break with plenty of fresh air and outdoor activities.
Our creative breaks can be anything from a walk & talk along Admiral Quay, sparkling bubbles, snacks, coffee and SALT’s fabulous lunch boxes to go at the “Kissing Stairs” at Ofelia Square to a bit of relaxation in the gardens in front of the hotel, to teambuilding activities on the water in one of our three schooners, which are quayside from May 1 – September 30.
From May until September, the three wonderful old schooners – operated by The United Sailing Ships – Halmø, Mira and Lilla Dan have their permanent berths just in front of the Copenhagen Admiral Hotel.
Your next product presentation or client reception could be really special with an elegant event at sea. Perhaps you would like to treat your colleagues to a company picnic afloat where everybody can relax beneath the billowing sails and the blue sky. These beautiful old wooden ships are also the perfect setting for your wedding, anniversary or birthday celebration.
You can read more about the many possibilities we can offer afloat here.
Hey Captain was founded by friends cruising the canals with the ambition of creating an intimate and ‘hyggelig’ canal tour. Experience an atmosphere where you can sit back and relax as Hey Captain guide you through the historic center of Copenhagen while you enjoy a drink.
Thanks to our cooperation with Coast Zone, we are able to offer a world of team building activities. For two consecutive years, Coast Zone has won the prize as the best supplier of team building activities and, just as it is for the Copenhagen Admiral Hotel, creating amazing experiences is their life-blood.
There are many possibilities for you to choose an activity that suits the profile of your event. The participants will face challenging, exciting, educational and fun activities – and everybody can take part.

Wind down your meeting with a relaxed, social feature – cocktails or “bye-bye” bubbles and a snack.
When assessing the benefits of a meeting, quite often the results of informal dialogue are most significant.
Combine your meeting or conference at the Copenhagen Admiral Hotel with an adrenalin pumping, high-speed race across the waves in a RIB-boat. This is an exciting, intense experience, which not only tingles your nerve ends but also lets you feel the raw speed and manoeuvrability of a RIB-boat as it makes maximum use of the sea’s currents and wave patterns.
With wind in your hair and salt spray in the air, this is a hair-raising experience – enjoy the thrill racing across the waves with your colleagues at speeds of up to 110 kmph. Each RIB-boat can carry 12 passengers and with 5 boats available, 60 persons can be “blown away” at the same time. On a continuous rotation basis, we can cater for 120 participants per hour.
We can help cheer up the well-known world by mysterious riddles and clues. Participants will get to know themselves and the rest of the team much better through cheerful play. Be a part of an entertaining treasure hunt for adults on exciting historical locations in Copenhagen. Or do you want to be challenged in the popular “Escape Games” where creativity and cooperation is needed to escape the locked room in time? The opportunities for mysterious experiences in Copenhagen are numerous. Most of the activities can even be combined and it is possible to be up to 100 participants. Why not include a visit and guided tour of the Royal Theatre’s facilities as a feature of your next event? Located almost side-by-side with some of Denmark’s most important cultural focal points, the Copenhagen Admiral Hotel is perfect for extra highlights such as this.
It could be either a guided tour of the Royal Playhouse or the Opera House. Should you choose the Opera House, we can be of assistance with the boat transport across the harbour.
Our iPad treasure hunt is an imaginative and entertaining team-building event, for which general knowledge and creative thinking are core qualifications.
On you marks, get set, go! The participants are allocated to teams, which by way of their tablets, will guided to various “hotspots” in Copenhagen. During the course of the next 2 hours, each team has a number of assignments to complete, each with a different characteristic. There are various photo assignments and ingenious riddles to be solved before you can win the cup.
The iPad treasure hunt can be combined with a meeting, integrated in a party or provide a break in a conference – whatever your requirement may be. We will tailor an offer specifically for your event.
