Greet the New Year in style along with 350 other guests. The 200 years old former granary is a truly elegant setting for the year’s party.
At 18:30 hrs., we will greet you with a bubbling New Year’s drink. SALT’s Head Chef Rasmus Møller Nielsen creates an exquisite New Year’s Gala Dinner for the evening, complemented by wines especially selected to be in perfect harmony with the dishes. The New Year’s Gala Dinner will commence at 19:00 hrs.
After dinner, a live band will provide entertainment and music that will make your feet want to get up and dance right through to 02:00 hrs. and there will be an open bar with beer, wine and soda. You can also buy delicious cocktails in the bar.
Of course, as the clock strikes midnight, the New Year will get a tremendous welcome – popping champagne corks and with the night sky over the harbour illuminated by – and reverberating to – the city’s most spectacular firework display.
